WHAT MAKES US PUSH FORWARD
HISTORY
Our senior technician, Tylan Ramach has been fixing computers since his pre-teen days. As a young man he found that even playing the most basic computer games often required reconfiguration of the then common MS-DOS operating system. He didn’t know how to do it, and there was no Google back then. In this picture he’s in the middle, and the guys at his side Erian McKinley (hijinxsoftware) and Andris McKinley (endlesstheory) worked through a lot of computer problems in order make those games work! Thus began Tylan’s life of learning, troubleshooting, and problem solving. By 1997 he was involved in co-op programs at his high school, where he worked at a local computer shop.
In November of 2000 he started his career at DataLAN Systems. He devoted himself to computer network related service work, local area network (LAN) installation, and custom built business PCs.
STILL THIRSTY
Today, Tylan still has that thirst for knowledge and the desire to solve problems. But now it’s different – – he’s using his skills to lead our company and solve YOUR problems. DSI Tech Services continues to expand its technology base by constantly investigating new products and services to offer our clientele. This ongoing research helps us to guide our customers towards cost effective, real world solutions. Utilizing a sound methodology that concentrates on anticipating our clientele’s needs we earn customer confidence and trust which becomes the basis of a mutually beneficial relationship.
